Netloom

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 September 2026

This policy covers the Android game Netloom (package com.netloom.puzzle) and this website, both operated by .

Short version

The Game collects no personal data on its own. The only personal data we hold is the email address you enter when buying a Membership, together with the payment record the payment service sends us. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.

What we hold and why

DataWhere fromWhyHow long
Email addressYou, on the payment pageTo tie the Membership to you, show its access code, and answer support requestsWhile the Membership record exists; deleted on request
Payment record: amount, currency, Stripe payment id, time, and the billing countryThe payment service (Stripe)To activate the Membership, handle refunds, and meet reporting duties to Google Play for purchases started from the GameAs required for accounting
Access code and a random device identifier created by the GameGenerated by us / the GameTo turn the Membership on across your devices without an accountWith the Membership record

We never see card numbers or bank details: the payment page belongs to Stripe, which processes payments under its own policy.

Data stored on your device

The Game keeps one file in its private storage: cleared levels, stars, best times, daily results, hint count, settings, and — after activation — the Membership end date and the random device identifier. This file leaves your device only as part of your own Android backup, which we cannot read.

Network use

Puzzles are generated on your device; the Game is fully playable offline. It connects to our server for one thing: to check whether the Membership is active for this device, and to activate it after payment. Google Play may be contacted to show its information about alternative billing and to obtain a transaction reference, as its programme requires.

Sharing

We share purchase information only with Stripe (to take the payment) and with Google (a transaction reference, amount, currency and country for purchases started from the Game, as required by the Google Play alternative billing programme). We do not sell or otherwise share personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show, correct, or delete the data we hold about your email address. Deleting the Membership record ends the Membership. Write to from the address in question.

Children

The Game and the Membership are intended for adults. We do not knowingly hold data about children.

Changes

Updates to this policy are posted here with a new date.
