These terms govern the purchase and use of the Netloom membership ("the Membership") sold on this website by ("we", "us") for the Android game Netloom ("the Game", package com.netloom.puzzle). By paying for the Membership you accept these terms.
1. What the Membership is
The Membership is digital content inside the Game: chapters 4–8 (160 additional levels), unlimited hints, the 30-day archive of daily challenges, and any further chapters released while the Membership is active. It requires the Game, which is sold separately on Google Play and is not part of this purchase.
2. Price and term
One payment buys 30 days of Membership. The price is shown on the payment page before you pay, in the currency of the chosen payment method. A payment made while a Membership is still active adds 30 days to its end date. The Membership does not renew automatically and we never charge you without a new payment initiated by you.
3. Payment
Payment is by card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) through Stripe (stripe.com): a single charge in US dollars, converted by your bank if your card is in another currency. We receive only the confirmation of payment, the amount, the billing country and the email you entered; card numbers and bank details never reach us.
4. Delivery and activation
Delivery is digital and immediate: once the payment service confirms the payment, the Membership is active for the email you entered and an 8-character access code is shown on the confirmation page. If you opened the payment page from inside the Game, the Membership switches on in the Game on that device automatically. On any other device, enter your email and access code in the Game's settings. One Membership may be active on up to five devices at a time.
You are responsible for entering a correct email address and for keeping your access code private. Anyone with your email and code can use your Membership.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Because there is no automatic renewal, there is nothing to cancel: the Membership simply ends 30 days after payment unless you renew it.
You are entitled to a full refund if a completed payment has not activated the Membership within 24 hours and our support cannot activate it. Refunds go to the card that paid. Requests go to the support address below and must come from the email used for payment. Beyond that case, payments for digital content that has been delivered are not refunded, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
6. Fair use
The Membership is for personal use. We may suspend a Membership that is shared publicly, resold, or used to circumvent the Game's access checks. A payment reversed, charged back or refunded results in the removal of the paid period.
7. Changes
We may change the price or the contents of the Membership for future purchases. Changes never shorten a period that has already been paid for.
8. Liability
The Game and the Membership are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Membership is limited to the amount you paid for the current 30-day period.
